Glass Scraping

Scraping is one of the most authentic and typical design methods for cold-formed glass pieces that goes back to the Achaemenid Empire. The best examples of the glass works from the Sasani Empire are the ones that are designed by the scraping machines. 

Glassblowing

Glassblowing is making and producing decorative and consumption things that are made by using glass melted pulp. Ghirshman have discovered great works in Chogha Zanbil excavations that goes back to the Parthian Empire and Sasanian Empire. 

Glass Painting

This kind of design is called Enamel or Mina and the name of the act is enameling (Mina Kari). This art reached a peak back in the seventh and eighth centuries in Near East especially in Syria.
